Do you have a shop where I can view your products?

Yes we do, The Cufflink Factory is part of a much larger gift store called Ahurei Gifts. We have a showroom located in Warkworth just 45 minutes drive North of Auckland's CBD. Our showroom allows you to get hands on with our amazing cufflink range along with a huge selection of other great gift ideas offered on our main gift website www.AhureiGifts.co.nz Click Here for location details.

Do you have stock in New Zealand?

Yes, all items on our website that display the "In stock" status are in stock in New Zealand and ready for same day or next day dispatch.

Do your cufflinks come with boxes?

No, all cufflinks come with a FREE black velvet jewelry bag or you may purchase a box from our cufflink boxes page under the "Accessories" tab.

I want to send a product as a gift. Can you remove the invoice and put the item in a gift box?

When sending items as gifts we do not include any invoice or company details in the package. The purchaser will receive this information via email. If you purchase a gift box with your item the item will be placed in the gift box.

An item I like is out of stock can I pre-order it and how long will it take to be back in stock?

Yes you can pre-order any item from our website which is currently out of stock. Delivery times will vary. Please contact us and we can advise exactly delivery dates.

Can I collect my order from you?

Once I place my order when will it be shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri). If you select the Courier tracked option at checkout your package will be sent via NZ Posts Courier Post service New Zealand's largest courier network and have a targeted delivery schedule of next working day (Mon- Fri).

How fast can I get my order?

If you need your item fast we offer the option of courier tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand for only $4.99. For orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) this option has a *next day delivery target.
*Next day delivery is the courier companies targeted time frame. Whilst the vast majority of packages we send are delivered within this time frame we have no control over this process and can not offer any guarantees or refunds for packages taking longer to arrive. RD Rural address may take an additional 24 hours to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for overnight courier delivery in New Zealand via New Zealand post. Whilst the vast majority of packages we send are delivered within this time frame, we have no control over this process and can not offer any guarantees or refunds for packages taking longer to arrive. RD Rural address may take an additional 24-48 hours to arrive.

Do you ship to RD Rural address & NZ Islands?

Yes we do. We ship to both North & South Islands, RD Rural addresses, PO Boxes and offshore NZ Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

No, due to recent changes in global Tax regulations we are unable to cover admin costs for a low value items which well see. If you live in New Zealand you can ship your order to your NZ address and then visit an NZ post outlet to send overseas.

Can I track my package once sent?

Yes, your package can be tracked 24/7 online via NZ Post & Courier Post website or via your account on our website if you create one at checkout. All tracking information is also sent via email once your item is shipped.

Do I have to be home for the delivery?

No. All deliveries are tracked and if you are not home to collect the item in person the delivery driver will leave the package in your mail box or at your front door if deemed safe to do so. If for any reason the delivery driver feels it's not secure to leave the package a card to call will be left.

I'm sending my items as a gift, can you remove the invoice from the package?

Yes we can, all packages we send do not include an invoice as one is provided via email when you place your order. You can also access your invoices at any time by creating an account on our website.

Do you sell single pairs of cufflinks to the public?

Yes, we sell directly to you the public at factory low prices and you do not need an account to use this site.

Do you have a shop where I can view your cufflinks?

No. We are an online store only, this allows us provide the best quality products at the lowest prices in New Zealand.

If I purchase some personalised cufflinks how long does it take to make them?

If you order before 2pm they will be made the very same day and shipped. Orders after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.

Can you make custom cufflinks?

Yes, please click on the "Personalised Products" tab in the main menu to view more information and options.

Do you have cufflinks in stock?

All cufflinks on our website that allow you to add them to your cart are in stock in Auckland and available for next working day delivery across New Zealand. Out of stock items can still be viewed on our website but you will not be able to add them to your cart and you will also see an 'Out of Stock' notice on the product page itself.

Do your tie clips come with boxes?

No, all tie clips come in a free black velvet gift bag. We do have gift boxes for tie clips and cufflink sets. See options under the "Accessories" tab in the main menu.

How long does it take to create a personalised wedding hip flask?

All hip flasks including wedding hip flasks are created the same day for orders placed before 5pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and the following working day (Mon-Fri) for orders placed after 5pm or on a weekend. This includes all personalised hip flasks.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri). Please click on the "Shipping" tab for more detailed information.

Are the designs and personalised detailing permanent?

Yes, all the designs and personalised detailing is create with our in-house laser marking/engraving machines. These machines produce a very high quality and detailed design in a vibrant black or etched silver finish which is both permanent and smooth to the touch.

Are you based in New Zealand & do you hold stock?

Yes we are proud to be a New Zealand owned and operated business and we hold stock in NZ ready for same day dispatch.

What are your hip flasks made from?

All our hip flasks are made from high quality 304 grade stainless steel and come with laser welded joints and are fully tested before being sold. The coloured flasks are a standard brushed stainless steel flask which has been painted.

How are the designs and personalised detailing added to a flask?

We create all our hip flask designs and personalised options in house with our state of the art laser marking & engraving machines. These machines create a stunning, high quality finish that looks amazing. The plain stainless steel flasks come with the option of a vibrant black or subtle etched silver finish. Both finishes are permanent and smooth to the touch. With the coloured flasks our laser engraving machine removes the layer of paint and the expose the stainless steel below to produce the designs.

What sizes are your hip flasks?

Our hip flasks come in three size options, 4oz, 7oz (standard hip flask size) and 12oz. We also have five colour options on the 7oz hip flasks. For more detailed infomation on hip flask sizes and volumes please see the details tab on any of the hip flask product pages.

Do you sell hip flask gift boxes?

Yes, all hip flasks come with the option a adding a gift box. We have two gift box options available and more information and image can be found on any hip flask product page. If you purchase a gift box your hip flask will be placed in the box when shipped.

How long does it take to create a personalised product?

All personalised products are created the same day for orders placed before 5pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and the following working day (Mon-Fri) for orders placed after 5pm or on a weekend.

Is the personalised detailing permanent?

Yes, all personalised detailing is create with our in-house laser marking/engraving machines. These machines produce a very high quality and detailed design which is both permanent and smooth to the touch.

Can I have my own personal design?

Yes, please click on the "Personalised Products" tab in the main menu to view more information and options.

Can I choose a different font than the options you have on the product page?

Yes, we can personalise your item with any font. Each product page has a list of standard font to choose from. If you would like another font please contact first and we can advise you of your options.

Can I request an image proof before placing an order for a custom design?

Yes we offer FREE image proofs for any custom design products. Simply send us an email with all the relevant information and images and we'll send you your free proof asap.

Can you make cufflinks and hip flasks in a customised shape?

Yes however there is additional costs, time frames and minimum order quantities as this would require manufacturing molds to be products and full product runs to be arranged. Please contact us for more information.

Do you do large bulk orders?

Yes we offer any quantity from a single item to hundreds and can offer further discounts for large volumes. Please contact us for more information and prices.

Existing Order FAQ's

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email?

We send out a confirmation email instantly when an order is placed. If you do not see this email in your inbox please check your spam and junk folders. If you find our email has gone in to your spam or junk folder please move it to your inbox and add our email address to your safe senders list. If you do not see our email in any folder please contact us as it's highly likly you may have made an error when entering your email address at checkout.

I've placed an order, when will I receive my shipping information?

All shipping information is emailed once your order has been packaged and is ready for collection by the courier company. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will receive their shipping information and tracking link the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday or on a weekend will receive their shipping information the following working day (Mon-Fri).

I entered my address wrong on my order can I change it?

Yes, as long as your item has not been shipped out this can be changed. If you have received your shipping information from us your item may have been collected and you will have to contact the courier company with the contact information in your shipping email from us.

I want to add another item to my order, do I need to place another order?

If your original order has not been shipped then we can simply charge your card again and add any item to your original order. You will need to contact us via email or phone to do this. If your item has already shipped you will have to place another order online or contact us to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order as I've changed my mind?

If your order is not a personalised item and we haven't shipped it then you may be able to cancel with no additional costs and receive a full refund. If your item has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. If your item is a personalised one then we can only cancel this order if we have not produced the item. You will need to contact us asap to see if a cancellation is possible and if there are any cost implications.

Can I add a gift message to my package?

Yes, you can add a FREE gift card with a message up to 200 characters in length. This option is available in the shopping cart area before you proceed to the checkout area.

Can I ship my item directly to another persons address?

Yes, at checkout you can choose a different delivery address to your own billing address. This option is available under the section where you select your payment method.

I've left it until the last minute to buy my gift, how fast can you get it delivered?

We offer the option of next day delivery. Please see the FAQ's for shipping for more detailed information.

Do you send an invoice with the package as I'm sending it directly to the person it's for?

No, we email all details and invoices directly to your email address and do not send these out with the package.

If I purchase a gift box do you put the items in the box?

Yes, all cufflinks, hip flasks and tie clips are placed in the gift boxes if you purchase a box.

Reward Point FAQ's

I've placed an order but haven't received any rewards points when I look in my account?

Reward points are only issued once your item is shipped. If your item hasn't been shipped yet you will not see any reward points in your account.

Do I need an account to receive ?

Yes, an account is required so we can register your rewards and also inform you when they are close to expiring.

Do reward points expiry?

Yes, rewards points expiry 60 days after you receive them. We will notify you via email several days before they expire to give you a chance to use them.

Can I exchange my reward points for cash?

No, valid reward points can only be redeemed again the cost or a product on our website.

Can I add extra money to my rewards to purchase a more expensive item?

Yes

How do I use my reward points?

To use your reward points you must first login to your account on our website and then add any item to your cart. If you are not logged in to your account out website can not associated your reward points with your cart. Once logged in and you have an item in your cart you will then find the option to redeem some or all of your reward point in the cart area. Reward point can only be applied in the shopping cart page and not the product page or checkout page.
