Tracking Your Order

If you have placed an order with The Cufflink Factory you will receive a tracking number and link to track the progress of your order by email once your item is shipped.

All in stock items are shipped the same day for orders before 2:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders after 2.00pm on a working day Monday - Friday will be shipped the following working day. No orders are shipped on public holidays or weekends.

Tracking Your Item

If you have placed an order on our website and your item has been dispatch we will have sent you an email with all the relevant information and a link to track your package. If you haven't seen this email please check your junk and spam folders.

New Zealand Addresses Delivery Times

Depending on what shipping method you selected when purchasing your cufflinks the delivery time will vary.

• FREE Delivery, 1 - 5 Working Days: This option will take up to five full working days for delivery and no tracking information is available.

• Courier Tracked Next Day Delivery: This option has a target delivery time of next working day for orders placed before 2pm on a working day Monday - Friday. For example, if you purchase an item before 2:00pm on a Monday the item will be dispatched the same day with a targeted delivery time of the following day, Tuesday. If you purchased the item after 2:00pm on the Monday your item will have a targeted delivery time of Wednesday as it will not be dispatched until the Tuesday morning.

Undelivered Items

If in the unlikely event your item has not arrived in the expected delivery time we have the following procedure to help us deal with your request:

• First use the link above to track your orders status and see if your item has been delivered
• If your item shows as completed or delivered then please contact our courier company Courier Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number
• If your item shows as any other option i.e. in transit, picked up etc. then please check you delivery times again before contacting Courier Post. If after checking your delivery time your item is still past it's expected delivery date then please contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number.
• If after completing the above options you still do not have your item or know where your item is in the delivery process please email us on orders@thecufflinkfactory.co.nz
