All orders are sent via NZ Post national next day courier delivery service and tracking information is supplied. Deliveries to Rural NZ addresses may take an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Shipping for cufflinks and cufflink boxes is a flat fee of $4.99 for standard New Zealand addresses. Rural delivery address are $9.99. All shipping is courier tracked and insured and sent via NZ Post courier tracked next day delivery service.

Yes, your package can be tracked 24/7 online via the NZ Post website and we will email you all the relevant tracking information and links once you complete your order.

No, packages are not sent with a signature required so the courier will either leave it in your mailbox, in a safe place near to your front door, in an allocated drop off area or leave you a card to collect if it is deemed unsafe to leave your parcel at the property unattended.

Yes we do. We ship to both North & South Islands, RD Rural addresses, PO Boxes and offshore NZ Islands.

We do not include an invoice with any packages, as one is provided via email when you place your order. You can also access your invoices at any time by creating an account on our website.

No, due to recent changes in international shipping costs and global import GST and tax rules for businesses, this option is no longer available. You can ship your box to a New Zealand address and then take it to your local NZ Post shop and have them ship it internationally for you.

Rural delivery addresses will have an RD1-RD100 number associated to them i.e. 123 Smith Rd, Auckland, RD34
