General Shipping Information

The Cufflink Factory prides itself not only on quality and low prices, but the fact that we ship items direct to your door anywhere in New Zealand, fast. Order any item before 2.00pm on a working day (Mon - Fri) and it will be dispatched the same day. This includes personalised and custom made items.

All shipping costs are per order and we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for courier tracked overnight delivery to standard non-rural addresses across New Zealand.

Rural addresses have an additional $5 fee to bring the total shipping cost to $9.99.

Courier Tracked Next Day Delivery Information

All orders are sent via New Zealand Post overnight courier delivery service Monday - Friday.

Please note that next day delivery is New Zealand Post target delivery time frame for standard non-rural delivery addresses, rural delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. Once your item is dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order 24/7 plus all tracking and Courier Post contact details for your order.

Please Note Rural RD addresses may take an addition 1-2 working days for delivery.

Rural Delivery Information

RD Rural addresses are New Zealand address with an RD1 - RD100 number associated with them. Deliveries to Rural address cost $9.99 are courier tracked and may take an additional 1-2 working days longer to arrive than our standard next day courier tracked option.

FREE Click & Collect

At checkout you also have the option to choose FREE click and collect from our Warkworth based showroom. All orders can be collected from 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Terms & Conditions in New Zealand

• Tracked parcels are non signature required so you do not have to be home to receive your parcel. If you are not home parcels will be left in your mailbox if the courier driver feels it save to do so.
• If you order an in-stock item before 2:00pm Monday - Friday the item will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the follow working day.
• All orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be dispatch the following working day.
• Next day delivery is a targeted time frame by NZ Post & Courier post we DO NOT take any responsibility for items not arriving within this time frame as we have no control over NZ Post & Courier Posts schedules
• RD Rural address must use the RD Delivery options at checkout or your item will not be dispatched.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to the global issues with Covid 19, shipping delays, and different import tax laws for all countries we are currently not offering any internally shipping service.

You can ship to a New Zealand address and have that person forward the package to you.

Returns Policy

All our item/s are quality control checked before being dispatched to ensure they arrive as expected.

All item/s come with a 12-month replacement guarantee in the event of any of the following:

• Failure of any joints and/or clasps through general wear and tear. This does not include damage due to improper use or mishandling of items
• Failure of any plating finishes, i.e. bubbling and flaking
• Incorrect item dispatched, you must make contact within 24 hours of delivery

Returns Procedure

To return your item/s and receive a replacement, you must complete the following steps:

• Inform us in writing via email including details of the defect, your delivery details and invoice number. Email [email protected]
• Send the item/s back to the following address via recorder delivery with a signature required

Once we receive your item, we will carry out a default check and inform you of the outcome. All items found to warranty, a replacement will be shipped within two working days.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if you make telephone contact with us on 09 889 3456 before your item has been produced or shipped. If you have ordered a personalised product, then you are not able to cancel your order unless you contact us before your personalised product is produced. Personalised products can be produce within one hour of your order being place.

All products purchased on this website are shipped the same day when orders are placed on a working day before 2:00pm. If your order is placed after 2:00pm on a working day, the item will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed on a Saturdays and public holidays will be shipped the following working day.

If you make contact after your item has been shipped, we do not offer any cancellations.
