Question: I placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email?
Answer: Please check your spam and junk folders as we instantly send a confirmation email when you place your order and another once your item is shipped. If you do not see our emails in your junk/spam folders please contact us..

Question: Do your cufflinks come with boxes?
Answer: No, all cufflinks come with a FREE black velvet jewelry bag or you may purchase a box from our cufflink boxes page.

Question: Do you sell single pairs of cufflinks to the public?
Answer: Yes, we sell directly to you the public at factory low prices and you do not need an account to use this site.

Question: Do you have a shop where I can view your cufflinks?
Answer: No. We are an online store only, this allows us provide the best quality products at the lowest prices in New Zealand.

Question:If I purchase some personalised cufflinks how long does it take to make them?
Answer: If you order before 2pm they will be made the very same day and shipped. Orders after 2pm will be shipped the following working day..

Question: I have some reward points how do I use them?
Answer: To redeem your reward points you first have to loggin to your account and then add any item to your cart. Reward points are redeemed in the cart area after you loggin.

Question: Do I have to be home for the delivery?
Answer: No. All deliveries are tracked and if you are not home to collect the item the delivery driver will leave the package in your mail box or at your front door.

Question: Do you have cufflinks in stock?
Answer: All cufflinks on our website that allow you to add them to your cart are in stock in Auckland and available for next working day delivery across New Zealand. Out of stock items can still be viewed on our website but you will not be able to add them to your cart and you will also see an 'Out of Stock' notice on the product page itself.

Question: Do you deliver to rural (RD) address?
Answer: Yes, but delivery can take an extra 1-2 full working days.

Question: If I'm sending cufflinks as a gift can you not send the invoice or have your name of the package?

Question: Do you have a store where I can view your cufflinks before purchasing?
Answer: No, we are an online only store which allows us to keep our overheads to a minimum and pass that saving on to you, our customer.
